Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all products and services (the “Service”) offered by InsurOS Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), including any sub-domains, applications, and other platforms operated by InsurOS.

Our Privacy Policy also governs your use of our Service and explains how we collect, safeguard, and disclose information resulting from your use of our websites and systems. Please review it carefully.

By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (together, the “Agreements”). If you do not agree to the Agreements, you may not use the Service.

By creating an account on our Service, you consent to receive communications from us including newsletters, marketing materials, and other updates. You can opt out at any time by following unsubscribe links or contacting us.

To complete a purchase, you may need to provide payment and billing information. You represent that the information is accurate and that you have the legal right to use any payment method submitted. We may use third-party providers to process payments, and we reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.

Certain features may be available via paid subscriptions billed on a monthly or annual basis (“Billing Cycle”). Unless canceled before the end of the current Billing Cycle, subscriptions will auto-renew. You may cancel through your account dashboard or by contacting support. A valid payment method is required, and you authorize us to charge recurring fees to that method.

We may offer limited-time free trials. If billing information is provided during sign-up, you will be charged automatically at the end of the trial unless you cancel in advance. We reserve the right to modify or cancel trials at any time.

We may modify subscription fees at the end of any Billing Cycle with advance notice. Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

All payments are non-refundable unless required by law.

You are responsible for any content you post via the Service. By posting, you grant us a license to use, display, distribute, and modify that content as necessary to operate the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content but may remove or modify it at our discretion.

• Impersonation
• Distributing malware or spam
• Gaining unauthorized access
• Interfering with Service operations

We may use third-party analytics tools to monitor usage, including Cloudflare Analytics. Please see their privacy policies for details.

The Service is intended only for users 18 years and older. By using the Service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violation of these Terms.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of InsurOS Inc. and its licensors.

You may submit feedback, bug reports, or suggestions. By doing so, you grant us an unlimited, irrevocable license to use such feedback for any purpose.

Our Service may contain links to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for access to the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms. Provisions related to ownership, warranties, indemnity, and limitations of liability will survive termination.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

We may update or withdraw our Service or any part of it at any time without notice. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

We may amend these Terms by posting updated versions on our site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes means you accept the revised Terms.

Our failure to enforce any right under these Terms is not a waiver of future enforcement. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
