Refund Policy
Introduction
At InsurOS, we are committed to providing a reliable and transparent service. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscription-based products and services.
Free Trial Period
If your subscription includes a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. You may cancel your subscription at any time during the trial to avoid charges.
Monthly Subscriptions
All monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle, but no refunds will be issued for partial months.
Annual Subscriptions
Annual subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. You may cancel at any time to prevent future renewals, but we do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused portions of the year.
Exceptions
Refunds may be considered in the following exceptional cases, at our sole discretion:
- Accidental duplicate charges
- Inability to access the service due to a verified technical issue on our end
- Unauthorized transactions promptly reported and confirmed
To request a refund under one of these exceptions, please contact us within 14 days of the transaction at: hello@insuros.ca
Chargebacks
If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to InsurOS and related services.
Self-Hosting Licenses
Fees paid for self-hosted licenses are non-refundable once provisioned. Please evaluate our documentation or request a trial license before purchase if unsure.
Canadian Consumers
If you are a consumer based in Canada, this policy is subject to applicable provincial consumer protection laws. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under those laws.
